1.高溫濃積聚，火災(zāi)撲救難度大。彩鋼板結(jié)構(gòu)建筑相對封閉，聚氨酯泡沫或聚苯乙烯泡沫等高分子夾芯材料燃燒時會產(chǎn)生大量高溫濃煙，使建筑物在短時間內(nèi)充滿濃煙并積聚大量熱量，對火災(zāi)撲救帶來極大困難。

3.建筑規(guī)模大，易形成立體燃燒火災(zāi)。彩鋼類建筑由于強度高、自重輕、建造方便，建筑規(guī)模一般較大。發(fā)生火災(zāi)時，大量的煙氣熱量通過各種管道、通道向上蔓延，容易形成立體燃燒的態(tài)勢。
